About Linda

Family
 Linda and Family Linda & Dave Langston have been married for 33 years. Together they have two sons, Eric 23, and Evan 20. For the past seventeen years they have lived in the same home in Cedar Rapids. Linda received her BA in history from Knox College in Galesburg, Illinois and she has done graduate work and other advanced training studies in Oklahoma, California, and Chicago.
 Linda’s mother died shortly after she was born and as an only child she spent a great deal of time with her grandparents in Mason City, Iowa while growing up. She was the first in her family to attend college and graduate. She has come to appreciate the importance of education in the life of all people. She is proud of both of her sons. Eric graduated from Knox College in 2007 and is now working and living in Chicago! Evan is currently attending Kirkwood Community College and has completed one year of the culinary institute.
